Spare Parts Inventory Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Plan spare parts requirements using AX program. MRO project to specify the Maximum stock, Minimum stock and reorder point.
-Develop and execute PM plan to achieve spare parts inventory and scrap targets.
-Interface with internal&external business partners to develop and coordinate supply.
-Interface with external vendors to develop and coordinate supply, place POs,and track the incoming supply.
Maintain timely reporting of inventory, back order and line item fill rate metrics.
-Managing spare parts substitutions and repair parts.
Employ the use of quality and lean thinking tools to identify and drive improvement opportunitiesRequirements:
-Bachelor’s degree of engineering.
-1-2 years maintenance planning experience in a spare parts Inventory.
-Knowledge of inventory and cost management principles.
-Excellent analytical and organization skills.
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point skills.
-Function as a team player to build work relationships and provide back-up as required.
-Ability to manage complex projects (demonstrate innovation, assertiveness and leadership).
Location : Wadi Al Natroun (Al Behiera)
Salary : 4k to 6k
